This is the sweet spot, our rest retreats. We take women away from their normal routine to experience a weekend of rest, refreshment, and play. Busyness has become an epidemic and it drifts us away from our priorities. When you attend a rest retreat our goal is help you realign those priorities and bring healing to the areas that busyness and pride have allowed you to ignore in a safe space. During a rest retreat we make time for learning, discussion, one-on-one care, fun, and lots of time to do the main thing- REST! Our hope is that once you leave a rest retreat you will be more focused, refreshed and excited for the work ahead, and you will desire to carve out more time for rest!
