FAQ Rest Retreat Site (980 × 100 px).png

Does the investment include transportation?

No. Your investment includes registration, retreat accommodations, food, and activities only.

I want to come, but I have a child I need to bring with me. Can children come?

Unfortunately, we do not allow children to attend the rest retreats. We realize that this may be difficult for some women to leave without their children. We recommend that you do as much preparation as possible in seeking reliable care and help so that you can receive the full experience of the retreat.

Where is the nearest airport?

COS –  (45 minutes) Colorado Springs Airport, 7770 Milton E Proby Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80916

DEN – (1 Hour 10 Min) Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249

This is something I really need but I cannot afford to attend, do you provide scholarships?

Currently, we do not have scholarships available. We will always announce the opportunity if it becomes available. If you feel that the Lord is drawing you to take advantage of this retreat start your planning/budgeting now and believe that God will provide the finances for you to attend. We have seen women attend who were in this same position and were able to see the hand of God provide a way for them.

Although I want to attend, I feel so anxious not knowing how I will do around new people. What should I do?

Well, we cannot tell you what to do. However, if you feel the Lord drawing you to this retreat, I would not miss out on what He has for me no matter how I felt. We have women come often with these same feelings. What I can tell you is for each one before they left, they were so relieved that they pushed through their feelings and obeyed God’s leading. You will find that the atmosphere at our rest retreats are inviting, filled with love, compassion, and women who are journeying through similar struggles. It’s something you must make your way to and experience for yourself. Can’t wait to meet ya!

What should I bring?

It's July in Colorado and just like everywhere else it is going to be hot. Bring your comfortable clothes. These are not one of those retreats where we are looking for you to be in your Sunday best. Bring a very light sweater/jacket just in case air conditioning on the inside gets too cold for you. You are welcome to bring your own snacks as well but there will be plenty. Bring everything you need for your rest time. If there are any specifics, we will let all the ladies know that register.

Are refunds available if I have to cancel?

Due to the nature of this event and the limited spaces available. You may receive a refund 15 days after your initial deposit (before March 1, 2023). After 15 days has passed there are no refunds. Because the retreats are intimate that means that when someone registers another has been turned away to hold your spot. There will be no refunds after March 1st.

Are we required to attend the retreat activities/sessions?

Our retreats are for women who are coming to be encouraged in their rest walk so that they can leave ready to go forward living and doing the work they have been called to do launching from a place of rest. We desire that every woman that attends will get the best experience and receive the benefits that the retreat has to offer by participating in a minimum of two of our gatherings/connect times. We are thrilled when women decide to take time for themselves. However, we ask that if your desire for attending is non-related to the goal of our rest retreats that you do not register. These are intimate gatherings and we do not want a spot taken that otherwise another person could benefit from. Thanks for understanding.

What type of accommodations are there?

Your room at the Hideaway can hold 1-4 women. To make the best of our rest retreats we prefer 1-2 per room. If you are desiring a single room, you will have a king bed (two twins), or 2 twins. Each room has its own bathroom. We will only do 3-4 women to a room if you are coming together. If this is your situation, please contact us for pricing.

What are the times for check-in and check-out?

Thursday, July 27th Check-in is 3:00PM MST.

Sunday, July 30th Check-out is 12:00PM MST.

Will there be yoga at this retreat?

No, we do not participate in yoga or any other new age practices.

Why is the itinerary not posted on the site? What can I expect at this retreat?

We do not post the retreat agenda on the site because it is our unique way of doing retreats. Each person that registers will receive a general overview of the retreat and all attendees will receive the final full retreat agenda. When you attend our Colorado Springs rest retreats you should expect God to show up in a powerful way, prophetic rest message, relevant discussions, organic fellowship moments, no cooking (amen), soul care activities, self-care treats, fun + laughter, personal ministry, surprises, and plenty of rest time.
