I had been experiencing some turmoil in my life that had me anxious and restless. I am thankful for the opportunity to attend the retreat as it was God’s personal reminder to me that I had not been resting in Him. Everything I heard, the praise and worship, the fellowship served purposes that encouraged my soul, rebuked me in ways yet ultimately reminded me that I am not my source God is. I am fully convinced I am now re-focused to rest in what God has promised and in His Word that I study there are many!

This was a fabulous retreat. I really felt I gained a new perspective on resting in God from the ceasing to worry and stop striving with God about some very difficult issues of life. Weaponizing rest has allowed me to realize better ways of getting through life by being still and looking to God to donor bring fulfillment to me. I received a breakthrough from participating and a great refreshing of my soul.

I can not say enough just how much this retreat blessed every part of me. God bless Delonda, and each of the other women that I had the honor of being in fellowship with over the course of the weekend. The laughter shared, and the motivation and encouragement received will definitely carry me to my next rest stop. My favorite part was the session on journaling, and the user friendly journal I received in my swag bag. I also can't wait to use my bath scrub. Thank you for for everything, I can't wait until next year!

The whole experience was great. I did not know what to expect, but I did know God was involved and because of him I will gain much. Everyone was great, information was needed. I just wish I could have gotten into some of the other sessions, like journaling, Jesus and Justice.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Rest Retreat. It was very informative. The facilitators are anointed WOG, down to earth, personable friendly and thorough in how they articulated the subject matter. I can't wait until the next one. Thank you for the invitation to fellowship with beautiful spirited women. Delonda, thank you for yeilding to Holy Spirit & for setting up the virtual retreat.
